Salary Offered

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing through on-site interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates across technical and non-technical roles.
• Lead creative recruiting, sourcing and outreach initiatives.
• Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Planning and delivering, training - including inductions for new staff.
• Develop recruitment plan & strategies.
• Build pool of talent candidates.
• Organize various events to build employer branding.
• Control the process of interview.
• Support on all administrative & HR duties.
• Prepare internal and external job advertisement and announcement.
• Prepare recruitment report.
• Prepare expense monthly report.
• Creating workshop to the universities.

Job Requirement

• Master or bachelor degree in major Business Administrative, Human Resource management or related fields.
• 1-2 Years’ experience in Recruitment function.
• Strong Communication skill both English & Khmer.
• Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Well organized and results oriented.
• Ability to delegate, motivation or commitment, effective communication and presentation skill, good interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge of computer literacy (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet and E-mail).
